HRMates Policy Setup allows to arrange company policies in groups and make groups viewable by set of employees.


Open Workforce menu⮕ Policy Setup menu

Add Folder with following attributes

  • Parent folder: Select to make the folder as child of parent
  • Inactive: if checked then folder is visible only to admin


  • Employees who can view policies
  • Permission options are in Settings menu ⮕ Permissions menu ⮕ Permission Types grid, Calculator returns True if employee is in the permission type. Writing Calculators


  • List of employees who will manage this folder


  • Upload documents
  • Enter Content: Content will be shown in a popup window


Employees can see policies from Top bar  button. Documents can be viewed and downloaded from this page.
