Overview
HRMates implements a generic payroll engine with ready templates for India, Sri lanka, Bangladesh, Colombia and more countries. The Payroll can be customized completely as the requirements. Payroll also connects to other modules like Leave and Attendance, Regards & Recognition and External sources. HRMates allows custom calculators to be built and exposes the calculation details to admins and employees.

- Integration with external payroll system or vendor. Salary components are setup to capture data required by external payroll system. Salary generation works as normal with salary details report contained data needed by external payroll system. The report can include employee salary masters, paydays, overtimes, loans, tds, bank account, tax numbers and more.
For easier administration Payroll can be configured to divide Salaries into groups. The Groups can be by Location, Department, Employee Level etc as per policy. Each group will have its own or common editors and approvers.
Salary components are defined as per policy of your organization. HRMates has a very flexible system of creating Components, Summations and Calculations.
